Jharkhand Maiya Samman Yojana Breaking News: Big good news has come for the women of Jharkhand regarding the Chief Minister Maiya Samman Yojana. The state government has announced that the women who have been deprived of payment since January 2025 will now get a lump sum amount of up to ₹ 10,000.
According to the information, there are more than 20 thousand such women in the state whose verification has been completed, let us tell you that all these women were earlier included in the hold list, whose installment payment was held back due to technical reasons. But now after the verification process of these women is complete, they have been removed from the hold list and the government has announced to give them ₹ 10,000 at once.

For the women whose payment is stopped, the government has argued that in the departmental investigation it was found that Aadhaar was not linked to the bank accounts of many beneficiaries, some had incorrect Aadhaar numbers or bank account numbers.
Not only this, in some families, the same bank account number has been linked with several beneficiaries, and cases of ineligible beneficiaries joining this scheme and taking advantage have also come to light in many districts of the state. Due to this, the money of a total of 77,000 women of the state has been kept on hold.
But now the verification of more than 20,000 women of the state has been completed, now the outstanding amount can be transferred to the accounts of these women within the next 3-4 days without any delay. At present, the state has started paying Rs 2500 as installment for the month of April according to the district.

The amount for the month of April (Rs 2500) has started being sent to the accounts of all the eligible beneficiaries of the Maiya Samman Yojana and within the next 2-3 days this amount will be sent to the accounts of women of all districts of the state. If there is a delay in the payment process, the government may have to pay the amount for the month of June together. In such a situation, some beneficiaries are expected to get an amount of ₹ 10,000 or more together.
